On 1 July 2015, a 1975 Francis #Bacon “Self Portrait” 14” x 12” sold for $24 million at Sotheby’s, #Bacon priced @ $142,857 per inch.

Lucien #Freud “Four Eggs On A Plate” 4” x 6” at same Sotheby’s auction, sold for $1,553,027. #EGGS Priced @ $388,250 each
