A HALF MILLION BECOMES A “BLIET” IN HISTORY AND A “BREEN”, TOO

Cartoonists Bliet & Breen nail it, without words or names telling the story of two days in history.

Diego’s widow, Helga Voci, living in Germany remembers that Diego thought of himself as a superior cartoonist. Helga treasures the one Diego did of her Dentist father, https://www.artifactcollectors.com/diego-histor…/Page2.html… ; one of the few known to exist out of thousands.

#TRUMP AS MISS CONGENIALITY

This cartoonist was convinced that Donald J Trump had no chance to be more than runner-up in the contest to become President, which prompted this cartoon.

New Yorker published it on its cover. Alas, too clever too soon. After Friday it will be Mr. President.

Diego Voci loved cartooning. See his dentist father-in-law. http://www.artifactcollectors.com/diego-history-4330818/Page2.html#44219

#MAX and #DiegoVoci™ and “THE MUPPETS”

Part Six of Stephen and Wendy Max’s experiences with DiegoVoci™

“Diego’s gregarious personality, his love of company and conversation combined, was the magic of Diego’s art.  His personality was in his art.  I recall from a conversation while relaxing after a busy first day, our talk shifted from travelling experiences to some dialogue around our entertainment industry, in particular, television and what programs were currently offered for children.

I explained that one of the most popular shows of the day was a production of #Jim Henson’s Muppets.  This led to a lengthy discussion around the show’s concept and the characters.  Primarily slowed by my clumsy attempts at describing the show.  It provided to be a daunting task, explaining something like “#The Muppets”, especially, “#Kermit the Frog” and his hosting duties with “#Miss Piggy”.  Diego was intrigued making an entry in our guest book, immortalizing “#KERMIE” in our home, shown above!”
